At 1 p.m. ET Aug. 15, London-based game publisher Super Rare Games will launch two titles from developer Two Tribes on Nintendo Switch. Each is limited to 5,000 region free copies, and collectors can opt to order both games in one package.

Toki Tori Collection compiles three games, Toki Tori, Toki Tori 2+ and an emulated version of the 2001 original Toki Tori title for Game Boy Advance, onto one Switch cartridge. Released in 2008 for Nintendo Wii, Toki Tori is a remake of the GBA game that touches up old levels, adds new challenges and brings the titular baby chicken to life using a 2.5D art style.

The game tasks players with saving Toki Tori’s siblings, but the baby bird is ill-equipped for the platforming title it finds itself in. Instead of utilizing supernatural acrobatics, Toki Tori utilizes a number of items to overcome obstacles, solve puzzles and save the day.

Released on Wii U in 2013, Toki Tori 2+ replaced the original’s items with a set of skills Toki Tori can use to surmount challenges.

All titles in Toki Tori Collection originally released to critical fanfare, and they’re available in this trilogy for $32.72. The physical release also includes a game manual, sticker and trading card pack.

Rive: Ultimate Edition includes Rive, Swap This! and a demo for a cancelled Two Tribes game.

Released on PC and PlayStation 4 in 2016, Rive is a futuristic side-scrolling shooter that gained 48 achievements, HD rumble and co-op gameplay in its 2017 transition to Switch (it also gained the subtitle Ultimate Edition in the move). The title, notable as Two Tribes’ most recent release, received positive reviews on Switch.

Swap This! is a mobile game ported from iOS to Switch in 2018. Gamers match colored fish to clear them from the play area and earn points.

Three Tribes, a planned-and-canned Game Boy Advance title represented here by an emulated demo, was to be a top-down puzzle/platformer that gave players control of multiple characters to complete objectives.

Rive: Ultimate Edition is also $32.72 and it too includes a manual, sticker and trading card pack.

Both games are available in Super Rare’s Two Tribes Collection, a box set that also includes an insert on Dutch developer Two Tribes’ history. The box set will be $65.45.
