Later this year, some uncanny pieces will launch for X-Men fans.
Marvel’s mutants owned the ’90s, with comic industry icon Jim Lee’s X-Men No. 1 setting sales records in ’91 and Fox’s animated X-Men series running from ’92 through ’97. As part of its 80 Years celebration, Marvel is teaming with Hasbro to celebrate the franchise’s decade of dominance. Funko will also release more first appearance Pop! Vinyl figures featuring Iceman, Wolverine and Deadpool.
Entertainment Earth has the first appearance Pop! Vinyl X-Men available for pre-order at $10.99 each. The trio will join already announced X-Men Pop! Vinyl figures of Cyclops, Marvel Girl (Jean Grey), Beast and Angel.
Hasbro’s Marvel Legends line is introducing a pair of packs based on retro X-Men looks—the Colossus vs. Juggernaut two-pack is $59.99 and comes with interchangeable hands and heads, while the $59.99 Wolverine, Jean Grey and Cyclops three-pack comes with a selection of accessories (including the best leather jacket for any figure ever offered). Cyclops’ little brother, Havok, and the younger Summers’ love interest/co-leader of X-Force, Polaris, come together in the third accessory-heavy ’90s Marvel Legends set, priced at $39.99.

While Hit-Monkey is a product of the 2010s, Deadpool certainly qualifies for inclusion on this list. The $39.99 Deadpool/Hit-Monkey two-pack was announced alongside Hasbro’s ’90s X-Men figures and is part of the Marvel 80 Years collection. Accessories include weapons, instruments and faces—including an RC car with a face.
