Today, Mondo announced a new line of collectibles that combines a gross out art style akin to Garbage Pail Kids with popular pop culture franchises.

The line, dubbed Mondoids, features pieces made from vinyl and PVC. Most have interchangeable head pieces, allowing for some customization on top of themed, figure-specific bases.

So far, Mondo has announced a number of licenses the line will include: Marvel, DC, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Jurassic Park, Doom, Adventure Time, Alien—even Garbage Pail Kids, an apparent influence for Mondoids. More licenses are alluded to in Mondo’s initial press release.

Mondoids Series 1 is Fallout’s Vault Boy mascot, Green Goblin, Venom, Jason Voorhees with Mondo exclusive variant, a Gremlin and T-Rex and Raptor from Jurassic Park. Figures range in price from $20 to $25 and can be purchased now from MondoTees.com.

The Hollywood Reporter states that Vemon will be a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive. However, a Venom Mondoid is currently available at the link above. Considering THR’s photo of a blue Venom Mondoid, we’re guessing the colorway is exclusive to the convention. This is speculation, but a Venom Mondoid is currently available via Mondo now.
