Paintable Funko Pop! Vinyl, new play pieces celebrate Warhammer 40k Day

This is an interesting holiday Funko Pop! Vinyl figure.

In celebration of the inaugural Warhammer 40,000 Day, the tabletop giant partnered with Funko to create a paintable Pop! Vinyl figure of a Primaris Intercessor, the tactical infantry backbone of the Primaris space marines.

Warhammer 40K models require (or allow, depending on your outlook) players to paint their armies any color they’d like. This results in a community that takes pride in their pieces. Those with Primaris Intercessors can purchase this Pop! Vinyl and create a figure replicating the look of their own miniature soldiers.

The figure will be available at Games-Workshop.com for $14.99, as well as local game and hobby shops. Hobby shops also have free Warhammer Day pins while supplies last.

Local shops are also carrying a set of Warhammer 40K Day objective markers, and starting today, players can purchase Battle Sister Amalia Novena both in stores and online.

Warhammer’s first rulebook was published in 1987. Since then, the franchise has grown to include multiple tabletop iterations, video games, novels and a direct-to-DVD film.
